Actually, that's wrong. I'm going out on a limb here to guess that much like Bette Midler's understudy for Rochelle Rochelle, T.O. cries all the time (he's made a long journey from San Fran to Dallas.)
I wouldn't be surprised to learn that he cries after dropping passes over the middle or after a cornerback tells him his kids book was the suck.
I'm no doctor, but TO has issues. The technical term, I believe, is "ill in the head." Or here's another one I just found on WebMD, "batshit crazy."
