Here in the Phoenix area we had quite the thunderstorm last night. Downed power lines, uprooted trees, peeled roofs, flash floods, all kinds of good stuff. Sky Harbor Airport is currently having its runways cleaned by an armada of street sweepers and a downtown high school is closed due to extensive damage from the storm. It was an interesting night to say the least.
Especially for my alma mater's football team.
The brand spanking new Arizona State football practice facility is no longer, the bubble has burst. That isn't a metaphor for anything, I'm serious. The bubble has burst.
Remember that whole cost cutting move of canceling the wrestling program? It helped to pay for the football practice facility.
Karma is a real bitch.
